Royal Global School successfully conducted a Capacity Building Program on “Strengthening Assessment & Evaluation Practices in Schools” for teaching staff. The session, led by Resource Person Er. S. Dev, focused on enhancing teachers’ understanding of modern assessment strategies and competency-based education.

The program began with an insightful Introduction and Need Analysis, highlighting the importance of effective assessment practices in today’s classrooms. Teachers were guided on Writing Learning Objectives and Expected Learning Outcomes (ELOs) aligned with Competency-Based Education (CBE). The session also emphasized practical Competency-Based Teaching Techniques to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.

The workshop proved to be highly informative and interactive, enabling teachers to refine their assessment methods and adopt learner-centered approaches.
