TIMELINE OF FEE PAYMENT
- Tuition Fee of the 1st Quarter (April-June) is to be paid at the time of admission/renewal.
- Tuition Fee of the 2nd Quarter (July-Sept) is to be paid on/before 10th July 2027.
- Tuition Fee of the 3rd Quarter (Oct-Dec) is to be paid on/before 10th Oct 2027.
- Tuition Fee of the 4th Quarter (Jan-March) is to be paid on/before 10th Jan 2028.
Note:
- In case of new admission, Development Fee, Enrolment Fee and Caution deposit will be paid as one time fee at the time of admission.
- Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Hostel Facilities from Grade V onwards.

- Transport/Hostel Fee of the 1st Half Yearly (April-Sept) is to be paid at the time of admission/renewal.
- Transport/Hostel Fee of the 2nd Half Yearly (Oct-March) is to be paid on/before 10th Oct 2027.
COMMON FEATURES
- Imprest Money expenses would be adjusted as per actual expenses incurred by/on behalf of the student (To be replenished at the end of each year or as & when required).
- Late fee of ₹100/- per day (including holidays) will be charged incase of failure of fees payment by due date.
- Fees are subject to increment on the basis of price index.
- Fee is subject to approval of the Fee Regulatory Committee, Assam.
- Payments can only be made by visiting the school website www.rgs.edu.in or by scanning the QR Code provided herewith.
