The Round Square Conference EKTA

The Round Square Conference EKTA, hosted by Dhirubhai Ambani School, Mumbai at Reliance Green Township, Jamnagar, Gujarat, was held from 10th to 13th September 2025 with around 174 students and 30 teachers from India and abroad. From Royal Global School, delegates Rupal Jain, Amyra Chhajer, Aanya Goel, Vatsal Goenka, and Ayaan Khemka (all Grade VIII) were accompanied by Senior Faculty Member Ms. Seema Barooah.
The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Vibha Bakshi, National Award–winning filmmaker of “Daughters of Mother India and Son Rise”. In the Barraza Sessions, delegates reflected on the themes of resolving conflict, embracing empathy, and respecting diverse perspectives. Visits to the Reliance Solar Energy Plant and Bioenergy Centre offered insights into renewable and sustainable energy innovations.
Sustainable Innovation Solutions presentations highlighted issues from tobacco’s harmful effects to environmental sustainability, showcasing how technology guided by empathy can drive change. A lively Garba session added cultural immersion.
A visit to Vantara Animal Welfare Centre deepened understanding of coexistence between humans, animals, and nature, reinforced by an interaction with naturalist Mr. Sandesh Guru. Delegates also planted saplings and explored the forest.
On the final day, a concluding Barraza session, a Reliance Foundation video, and the formal closure marked the end of the conference.
The experience enriched students with knowledge, empathy, and a renewed understanding that true progress lies in harmony with nature and animals.
