To mark the International Day Against Drug Abuse, Royal Global School conducted a Narcotics Awareness Program aimed at educating students about the dangers of drug abuse and the importance of making healthy, informed life choices.
Shri Pauzakham Ngaihte, Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (Guwahati), delivered a powerful session on “Breaking the Chains: Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery for All.”
He spoke about the global impact of illicit drug trafficking, the functioning of organized drug networks in the eastern Indian Ocean, and the importance of the NDPS Act, 1985, in India’s fight against narcotics.
The session empowered students to stay aware, act responsibly, and stand united in building a drug-free society.
