A competition "Echoes of Civilization"
A competition “Echoes of Civilization” was held at The Assam Royal Global University, where the Sanskriti – History and Heritage Club of Royal Global School participated with great enthusiasm.
The competition comprised two categories: Exhibiting and Presenting Models on Historical Monuments and On-the-Spot Model Making, based on the theme “Traditional Dwelling Houses of the Northeast.”
In the Exhibiting and Presenting Models category, a team comprising Gautam Jain (VIII D), Ayaan Khemka (VIII A), Viraaj Agarwal (VIII B), and Gatik Agarwal (VIII B) secured the 3rd Prize for their well-researched and creatively presented model of the Brihadeshwara Temple.
In the On-the-Spot Model Making category, Sia Sonthalia (IX B), Tieara Agarwala (IX B), and Hriday Raj Deka (IX A) also won the 3rd Prize for their impressive model of the Chang Ghar of the Mising community.
The exhibition was conducted by INTACH, providing students with a rich learning experience that enhanced their understanding of India’s cultural heritage, architectural diversity, teamwork, and creative expression.
