A New Chapter of Student Leadership

The Investiture Ceremony, a significant event, at Royal Global School was celebrated with a remarkable course of action on May 25th delegating responsibilities and duties of leadership to the school’s student governance. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Ms. Dipannita Jaiswal, Managing Director DY365, Principal Royal Global School, Vice Principal, and the members of the management.
The program spurred up with the welcome speech by the hosts of the show, followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting ritual. Students displayed a stupendous Ganesh Vandana and the All Faith Prayer.
In his speech the Principal addressed the Assembly and emphasised on boosting up the responsibilities that comes with leadership. He also said that “Leadership is divine, and this divinity should be just and fair.” He added by saying that leadership is like a handful of water that should be used to quench the thirst of others. In his speech he urged the new council members to lead by example, maintain high standards of conduct and work diligently for the betterment of the school.
After the Principal’s speech the newly elected cabinet member marched past the audience. The council then took their oath pledging to perform their duties.
Ms. Dipannita Jaiswal, the chief guest of the occasion underlined the beauty of the time spent in school as the most memorable and rewarding for a student. She delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the significance of understanding the right time, place, and person, emphasizing the concepts of sthaan (place), kaal (time), and patra (person) and the significance it holds for students to display their life skills leading them towards success.
The ceremony concluded with the national anthem.
