Celebrating the Spirit of Rabindra Jayanti

On the auspicious occasion of Rabindra Jayanti, our school was enlightened with the spirit of cultural reverence as we celebrated the birth anniversary of the great polymath, Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore. The school premises were adorned with festive decorations, echoing the vibrance of Tagore’s multifaceted legacy.
The celebration commenced with the lighting of the lamp and garlanding of Tagore’s statue, symbolizing our respect and admiration for his timeless contributions. Students paid homage through a speech on the life and works of Gurudev, a violin recital, a flute recital and a melodious Rabindra sangeet.
The Rabindra Jayanti celebration was not only a tribute to Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore but also a reminder of the profound impact he had on literature, music, art, and education. Rabindra Jayanti is not just a day of celebration; it is an opportunity to ignite the flame of creativity, compassion, and cultural pride within our students. As we remember Gurudev, let us continue to inspire young minds to explore, create, and contribute to a better world.
