Eat Q – The Mindful Eating

On October 25, 2025, Grade I students and their parents enthusiastically participated in “Eat Q – The Mindful Eating”, a fireless cooking competition promoting healthy habits and family bonding.
Across three exciting categories — Avocado, Dates, and Greek Yogurt — parent-child duos created innovative, nutritious dishes. The event beautifully combined fun, creativity, and learning, as families celebrated the joy of cooking together while young chefs explored the importance of balanced nutrition and teamwork.
