The assembly began with the morning prayer followed by the thought of the day, which highlighted one of Dr. Kalam’s inspiring quotes.

Students of Grade 5 presented a short speech on Dr. Kalam’s life and contributions — from his humble beginnings in Rameswaram to becoming India’s 11th President and one of the greatest scientists and visionaries. A declamation event was held where students of Grade 5 enthusiastically delivered excerpts from Dr. Kalam’s famous speeches, including “Dream , dream, dream” and “Failure will never overtake me.” Their confident expressions and heartfelt words reflected his ideals of dreaming big, hard work, honesty and patriotism.

The programme concluded with the singing of the National Anthem.
