Project-Based Learning (PBL)
Project-Based Learning involves students in complex, real-world projects through which they develop and apply skills and knowledge. It emphasizes active exploration and problem-solving.

Activity-Based Learning (ABL)
Activity-Based Learning focuses on hands-on activities that engage students in the learning process. It makes abstract concepts concrete through practical application.

- Active Engagement: Students are physically and mentally engaged in learning tasks.
- Immediate Feedback: Students receive quick responses to their actions, aiding understanding.

- Motivational: Activities are often fun and engaging, increasing student motivation.





Experiential Learning
Experiential Learning is a process through which students develop knowledge, skills, and values from direct experiences outside a traditional academic setting. It is often described as “learning through reflection on doing.”

- Direct Experience: Learning occurs through direct involvement in real-world experiences.
- Reflection: Critical reflection on experiences to derive meaningful insights.
- Personalized Learning: Tailors learning experiences to individual needs and interests.
- Application: Focus on applying learned concepts in practical situations.
- Continuous Process: Emphasizes ongoing learning through continuous cycles of experience and reflection.
Students seeking admission into Nursery, Lower KG, Upper KG and Grade I – IV will have an interactive session with the concerned departmental teacher followed by a personal interaction with the Principal along with the parents. However, students seeking admission into Grade V to Grade VIII are to appear for a written entrance examination conducted by the school for the subjects English, Mathematics, Social Science, Science and aptitude on the exit level of the previous class followed by a personal interaction with the Principal along with parents.

The admission department of the school will contact you after the successful completion of the Registration Form.
On the day of interaction/Entrance Test all the documents need to be submitted to the Admission Department.

- Report Card (Photocopy)
- 4 nos. of colour passport size photo of the student with name of the student written behind each (size 3.5 cm x 4.5cm).
- 2 nos. of colour passport size photo of each parent with name & relationship written behind each (size 3.5 cm x 4.5cm).
- Character/ Bona fide Certificate (for XI)
- Proof of address of parents
- Copies of Passport/ VISA (only for foreign and NRI students)
- Pass Certificate/ Migration Certificate (for XI)
- Medical Emergency form (attached in the form)
- Immunisation Certificate
- Parents undertaking form (attached in the form)
- Hostel form / 2 nos. of passport size photo of Local guardian with name & relationship written behind each (as applicable)
- Transportation Form (as applicable)
- Caste Certificate ( if any)

Important:
- Incomplete application form will not be accepted.
- All supporting documents mentioned above are to be submitted
- Submission of Application Form does not qualify a candidate to appear for the selection process or admission to any classes
- Every candidate is advised to carry a copy of the Application Form sent in his/her respective email id.
- All the original documents required by the Admission Department are to be carried to the School on the day of the Entrance.
- Incomplete forms will be rejected. No addition subsequently will be allowed and a new Form has to be submitted in this case. The Form cost will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
Step 01
Grade Nursery – IV :
Once the application form has been submitted to the admission department, the applicant can appear for an interaction, the date and time for which will be informed by the school.
Step 02
Grade V – VIII & XI :
Once the application form has been submitted to the admission department, the applicant can appear for an entrance test, the date and time for which will be informed by the school followed by personal interaction.
Step 03
Parents/ Guardians of selected students will be informed by the school within two working days over phone.
Step 04
The qualified candidates will have to take admission within seven (7) working days.
Step 05
The admission will be treated as confirmed only if the fees and the security deposit have been paid within the stipulated time.

Selected candidates can give request for change of stream after selection as follows:
- The request should be made to the concerned school authority with a duly written application or mail to both the email ID’s: principal@rgs.edu.in and admissions@rgs.edu.in
- Minimum eligibility criteria for the requested stream should be met.
- Request will be considered and approved, subject to the consent of the school authority.
