ROYAL SUPER 50 REGISTRATION FORM

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the terms and conditions for the Royal 50 Scholarship Test registration. I agree to abide by the following:

1. Filling out the registration form does not guarantee clearance for the Royal 50 Scholarship Test. The information provided will solely be used for registration purposes.

2. Both parents (as applicable) must accompany the child during the personal interaction if called.

3. I acknowledge that the RGS campus is a completely vegetarian campus, and I will respect and adhere to this policy.

4. I understand that any intervention in the normal admission protocol or citation of references will result in the disqualification of the application.
