The meet was inaugurated by Shri D.K. Mittal, Executive Director, SAI Regional Centre, Guwahati, along with Shri Shambhoo Yadav, Deputy Director, SAI NCOE, and Dr. Arup Kumar Mukhopadhyay, Director, Royal Global School. The closing ceremony was graced by Mr. Shambhoo Yadav and Ms. Binita Jain, Vice Principal, Royal Global School. Mr. Hemen Bordoloi was appointed as the official CBSE Observer for the meet.
