RGS Hosts Two-Day CBSE Training
Royal Global School successfully conducted a two-day CBSE Capacity Building Programme aimed at enhancing teaching methodologies and classroom engagement strategies. The programme underscores the school’s ongoing commitment to continuous professional development for its educators.
Day 1 of the session focused on “Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies”, led by CBSE Resource Person Ms. Pallabi Dutta Sarkar. The workshop provided valuable insights into designing outcome-based lesson plans and aligning classroom practices with the National Education Policy (NEP) guidelines.
Day 2 centred around “Active Learning”, facilitated by CBSE Resource Person Ms. Minakshi Saharia, who emphasized interactive, student-centric strategies to foster deeper learning and critical thinking among students.
These sessions are part of CBSE Centre of Excellence, Guwahati’s broader initiative to promote excellence in education by equipping teachers with up-to-date, research-backed instructional tools and approaches.
