Debate Competition for Grade (IV vs V)
The Royal Debating Society (Vox Populi) hosted an Inter-Class English Debate Competition for Grade IV vs Grade V students on Tuesday, 3rd December. Six participants from each class, totaling twelve debaters, passionately debated the motion: This House believes that social media usage is a bad influence on children. Grade V were proposing the motion and Grade IV were opposing the motion.
All the participants delivered an outstanding performance. The results were as follows:
– Best Speaker: Khushii Chaudhary (Grade V)
– Most Promising Speaker: Jisha Jain (Grade V)
– Budding Speaker: Novyana B. Bordoloi (Grade V)
