Where Learning Meets Tradition
Students from Royal Global School (RGS) and The Shri Ram School (TSRS) visited the Akshar Foundation to understand its community impact. The Akshar Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education and support to underprivileged children and communities. Despite limited resources, the foundation has succeeded in creating a nurturing and conducive learning environment for the children. The students interacted with the members, showing enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, which highlighted the effectiveness of the foundation’s educational programs. This enriching experience provided valuable insight into the foundation’s activities.
After visiting the foundation, they participated in the final day of the Bihu workshop. They rehearsed for their upcoming assembly presentation and concluded the day by returning to their respective homestays, which they had enjoyed a lot the previous day.
