RGS Students Shine at Round Square Conference 2025
The Round Square Conference, held from the 23rd to 26th of April, 2025, at St. Step by Step School, Noida, was a meaningful and inspiring event centered around Service: Empower, Engage, Elevate.
The conference brought together 122 delegates from 17 schools across India and abroad, creating a diverse and inclusive platform for learning and collaboration. Representing our school were six students — Anay Jaiswal (XC), Advay Jaiswal (XC), Ayushi Singhal (XC), Paridhi Gogoi (XC), Anjali Longjam (XB), and Ragini Das (XIE) — who actively engaged in a wide range of sessions and activities.
The event featured keynote addresses by renowned speakers such as Ms. Renana Jhabwala, Mr. Abhishek Ray, Mr. Alok Dixit, Ms. Merry Barua, and Mr. Vicky Yadav, all of whom emphasized the transformative power of selfless service. Environmentalists also spoke on the urgent need for youth to take action in protecting and preserving the environment. A major highlight was the Baraza Sessions — group discussions where students shared diverse perspectives on service and later presented their reflections.
Additionally, delegates participated in hands-on activities such as making bird feeders, sorting soil, and preparing seed beds, effectively connecting the service theme to practical environmental actions. The conference provided an enriching experience through experiential learning, intercultural dialogue, and collaboration, fostering in students a strong sense of social and environmental responsibility.
