Vox Populi Hosts Grade V Debate
The Royal Debating Society (Vox Populi) hosted an individual debate competition for Grade V students on 21st May. The motion for the debate was: “This House believes that sports should be mandatory for all students.”
The Proposition emphasized the fact that a healthy mind leads to a healthy body, while the Opposition argued that making anything compulsory makes it less enjoyable and less beneficial. Both sides presented well-structured and thoughtful arguments.
