- PG degree with B.Ed.; 10+ years of teaching, incl. 3+ as PGT in reputed CBSE school.
- Graduate with B.Ed.; 7+ years in progressive CBSE/Cambridge schools.
- Certified in Montessori/Reggio Emilia/Early Years.
- 5+ years’ experience with international curricula (Cambridge/IB-PYP preferred).
- Nurturing and imaginative with child-centric pedagogy.
Non-Academic
- 5+ years’ experience in school branding, publications, and social media design.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite; portfolio required.
- 5+ years in reputed international schools.
- Expert in global admissions, standardized test prep, and career guidance.
- Familiar with platforms like Cialfo/Unifrog (preferred).
- Excellent in correspondence, scheduling, office management, and coordination.
- Discreet, reliable, and tech-savvy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Academic: According to the CBSE and Cambridge bye-laws with 3-5 years of experience in CBSE / ICSE / Cambridge / IB schools.
- Non – Academic: Graduate or Post-Graduate in the relevant field with 3-5 years of experience.
Salary & Benefits:
- INR 5–60 Lakhs per annum (based on role & experience). Furnished accommodation, duty meals, and child education provided.
